Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Company regarding the use of this Site, including browsing this Site, purchasing products, and making inquiries.

The Privacy Policy, the provisions concerning returns, refunds, and cancellations, the provisions concerning shipping, and other individual provisions published on this Site shall constitute a part of these Terms.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the individual provisions, the individual provisions shall prevail.

Users shall provide true and accurate information when placing an order for products, making inquiries, or performing other procedures.

If there are any changes to the registered content or information provided when ordering, Users shall promptly notify the Company.

Article 3 (Product Orders and Formation of Sales Contract)

Users can apply to purchase products on this Site by following the procedures specified by the Company.

Completion of the order procedure by the User indicates that the Company has received the product purchase application, but a sales contract is not formed at that point.

A sales contract shall be formed when the Company confirms the order details and sends an email to the User accepting the order.

Even after the order is completed, the Company may be unable to accept the order due to inventory status, payment status, registration information, or other circumstances.

Article 4 (Payment)

Users shall pay the product price, shipping fees, and other costs displayed on this Site by the method specified by the Company.

Payment methods and payment timing shall be governed by the provisions stated in the "Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions" on this Site.

Article 5 (Product Delivery and Handover)

The Company shall ship products to the delivery address specified by the User when ordering.

Shipping regions, shipping companies, shipping times, shipping fees, and other shipping conditions shall be governed by the shipping provisions published on this Site.

Product shipment or delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, disasters, circumstances of the shipping company, holiday periods, or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Reshipping costs and other expenses incurred when products cannot be delivered due to an error in the address specified by the User, long-term absence, refusal to receive, or other User circumstances may be borne by the User.

Article 6 (Order Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges)

Order cancellations will only be accepted before the Company begins shipping preparations. Cancellations cannot be accepted after shipping preparations have begun or after shipment.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, return shipping costs, and other conditions for products shall be governed by the "Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations" provisions published on this Site.

Users shall promptly check the type, quantity, and condition of products after receiving them.

  • Past refusal to receive, long-term absence, or non-payment without justifiable reason.
  • Other cases where there is a reasonable reason to deem it difficult to accept the order, equivalent to the preceding items.

If an order is refused or a sales contract is terminated, the Company will notify the User to that effect. If payment has already been received, a refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the order.
