Maintenance Service Terms
The terms and conditions for the maintenance and inspection service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by eastsidemed inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") are stipulated as follows.
When applying for this Service, you must confirm the contents of these Terms and agree to them.
Article 1 (Purpose of the Service)
This Service is provided by the Company to receive and perform maintenance and inspections on products designated by the Company, for the purpose of maintaining their safety and basic performance.
Article 2 (Target Products)
The targets of this Service shall be products designated by the Company for maintenance and inspection (hereinafter referred to as "Target Products").
Information regarding Target Products will be provided via the maintenance and inspection service application form or other methods specified by the Company.
Article 3 (Maintenance and Inspection Method)
For this Service, you are required to send the Target Product to the Company, and the Company will retain the product to perform the maintenance and inspection.
Maintenance and inspection visits are not provided.
Additionally, loaner units are not provided when using this Service.
Article 4 (Application and Contact from the Company)
Applications for this Service will be accepted via the maintenance and inspection service application form on the Company's website or by other methods separately specified by the Company.
After confirming the application details, a representative will contact you, generally within three business days.
However, depending on the details of the application, business day schedules, or other circumstances, it may take some time before you are contacted.
Article 5 (Shipping of Target Products)
The applicant shall send the Target Product to the Company after receiving contact from the Company.
Shipping costs for sending the Target Product to the Company are to be borne by the applicant, and must be sent via prepaid shipment.
The applicant shall properly pack the Target Product to prevent damage during transit.
The Company shall not be held liable for any accidents, loss, or damage that occurs during transit, unless such occurrence is due to reasons attributable to the Company.
The method of returning the Target Product after maintenance and inspection, as well as the handling of return shipping costs, will be guided separately by the Company.
Article 6 (Performance of Maintenance and Inspection and Results)
Upon arrival of the Target Product, the Company will perform the maintenance and inspection according to its prescribed methods.
As a result of the maintenance and inspection, it may be determined that repairs or part replacements are necessary depending on the condition of the Target Product.
In such cases, you will be notified separately regarding the repairs or part replacements.
Article 7 (Service Life and Timing of Maintenance and Inspection)
The service life of the Target Product, the recommended timing for maintenance and inspection, and other matters concerning product-specific maintenance management shall be in accordance with the instruction manual, attached documents, product page, or other information provided by the Company for each Target Product.
If the Company determines that it is difficult to perform appropriate maintenance and inspection due to the usage period, condition, or other circumstances of the Target Product, it may decline the application for this Service or suggest product updates or other measures.
Article 8 (Accuracy of Application Information)
The applicant shall provide accurate and up-to-date information when applying for this Service.
If the provided information is inaccurate or incomplete, the Company may need to confirm the details, or it may take longer to perform the Service.
If the applicant provides information regarding a facility manager or other individual other than the applicant themselves, the applicant warrants that they have the necessary authority to provide such information to the Company.
Article 9 (Nature of Maintenance and Inspection)
This Service aims to verify the condition of the Target Product at the time of the maintenance and inspection and to perform checks prescribed by the Company.
The performance of the maintenance and inspection does not guarantee the future performance of the Target Product, the absence of future malfunctions, or normal operation for a specific period of time.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The Company may not be held liable for any defects, malfunctions, damages, etc., resulting from the following causes, unless such causes are attributable to the Company:
- Use contrary to the instruction manual, attached documents, or other usage methods prescribed by the Company, or inappropriate use.
- Modification, disassembly, or repair not authorized by the Company.
- Damage due to dropping, impact, water immersion, or other external factors.
- Damage due to natural disasters, transport accidents, or other factors beyond the Company's control.
- Defects resulting from the use of the Target Product beyond the service life or other usage conditions indicated by the Company.
Article 11 (Changes/Suspension of the Service)
The Company may change the contents, application methods, or other operational aspects of this Service, or temporarily suspend it as necessary.
Article 12 (Changes to these Terms)
The Company may change these Terms in the event of revisions to laws and regulations, changes to the content of the Service, or other necessities.
The revised Terms will be announced by posting them on the Company's website or by other methods deemed appropriate by the Company.
