Please tell me the shipping method .
- We will ship your order via Yamato Transport. Depending on the size of the package, we may use a different shipping company.
● I live overseas. Can you ship the product outside of Japan?
- Delivery is available only within Japan.
International shipping is unavailable at the moment.
● When will my ordered items arrive?
- We will ship within 4 business days after confirming payment. Normally, it will be delivered within 2 to 5 days after shipping, but there may be delays due to weather or traffic conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
● How do I return a purchased item?
- Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience are limited to unused items. In this case, we cannot accept returns with cash on delivery.

● How do I exchange a purchased item?
- We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged, soiled, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will exchange it for a good product. We will cover the return shipping costs.
- Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product and only if the product is unused. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

● Can I reissue a receipt?
- We are sorry, but we are unable to reissue receipts. This is a company-wide policy to prevent fraud and due to system limitations.
● My newly purchased pulse oximeter won't turn on.
- Check the orientation of the batteries. The included batteries are for testing purposes only, so please use new AAA alkaline batteries.

- Yes, it is certified as a controlled medical device (Class II) and a special maintenance-required medical device in Japan.

● I would like to cancel my order. What should I do?
- Orders can only be cancelled before shipping is arranged. Cancellations cannot be accepted once shipping arrangements have begun or the item has been shipped. If shipping arrangements have been completed or the item has been shipped, please use the return procedure after receiving the item.

Subject: [Cancellation Request] Order number #XXXX (4 digits) / Please include: Name of person who placed the order, order number, contact information, reason for cancellation.
- If cancellation is possible, we will refund you using the same payment method (time will depend on the payment company)
