Please tell me the shipping method .
- We will ship your order via Yamato Transport. Depending on the size of the package, we may use a different shipping company.

● I live overseas. Can you ship the product outside of Japan?
- Delivery is only available within Japan.
International shipping is unavailable at the moment.

When will my ordered items arrive?
- After confirming payment, we will ship within 4 business days. Normally, it will be delivered within 2 to 5 days after shipping, but there may be delays due to weather or traffic conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

● How do I return a purchased item?
- Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience are limited to unused items. In this case, we cannot accept returns with cash on delivery.

● How can I exchange a purchased item?
- We do our utmost to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or dirty, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will exchange it for a new one. We will cover the return shipping costs.
- Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product and only if the product is unused. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

● Can I reissue the receipt?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to reissue receipts. This is a company policy to prevent fraud and due to system limitations.

● My newly purchased pulse oximeter won't turn on.
- Check the orientation of the batteries. The included batteries are for testing purposes only, so please use new AAA alkaline batteries.

● Is an es pulse oximeter a medical device?
- Yes, it is certified as a controlled medical device (Class II) and a special maintenance-required medical device in Japan.
