Regarding Shipping Companies

In principle, products are shipped via Yamato Transport.

However, depending on the package size and delivery conditions, your order may be delivered by a different shipping company.

Regarding Delivery Regions

Delivery is limited to within Japan. We do not ship outside of Japan.

International shipping is unavailable at the moment.

Regarding Product Shipment

After confirming your payment, we will generally ship within 4 business days.

Deliveries usually take 2 to 5 days after shipping, but please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, delivery region, or other circumstances.

Regarding Shipments during Holiday Periods

Orders placed during holiday periods such as Golden Week, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays will be processed sequentially starting from the first business day after the holidays.

During holiday periods, it may take longer than usual for your order to be shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
