Sales Price

The sales price, including tax, is displayed on each product page.

Additional Costs Beyond Sales Price

In addition to the product price, shipping fees will be incurred depending on the delivery region. Orders totaling 8,800 JPY (including tax) or more qualify for free shipping.

  • Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu, Hokkaido: 880 JPY
  • Okinawa, remote islands: 1,430 JPY

Shipping and Delivery of Products

Shipping Carrier
In principle, products will be shipped via Yamato Transport. However, depending on packaging size and delivery conditions, another shipping company may be used.

Shipping Region
Delivery is available only within Japan. We do not ship internationally.

International shipping is unavailable at the moment.

Product Shipping Time
After confirming your payment, products will be shipped within 4 business days in principle. Delivery usually takes about 2 to 5 days after shipment, but may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, delivery region, or other circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Orders placed during holiday periods such as Golden Week, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays will be processed sequentially from the first business day after the holidays.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are only accepted before shipping arrangements begin. Once shipping arrangements have started or the product has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

If cancellation is possible, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. The actual refund timing may vary depending on your payment service provider.

If shipping arrangements have started or the product has been shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

Returns and Exchanges

While we strive for the highest quality in our products, if a product is damaged or soiled, or if you receive a product different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange it for a new product. In this case, we will bear the return shipping cost.

Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience are accepted only for unused products within 7 days of delivery. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.

Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

  • Products that have been used even once
  • Products with scratches or stains caused by the customer's responsibility
  • Products for which 8 days or more have passed since delivery
  • Products returned to us by the delivery company due to prolonged absence or other reasons

For products returned to us due to prolonged absence or other reasons, refunds will not be issued.

Return Shipping Costs

If a product is defective, damaged, soiled, or if you receive a product different from your order, we will bear the return shipping cost.

In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and only the product price will be refunded.
