About Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are only accepted before shipping arrangements have begun. Cancellations cannot be accepted after shipping arrangements have begun or after the item has been shipped.

If cancellation is possible, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original order. The actual refund date may vary depending on your payment service provider.
If shipping arrangements have begun or the item has been shipped, please follow the return procedure after you receive the item.
About Returns and Exchanges
While we strive for the highest quality, if an item is damaged or soiled, or if you receive a different item than ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will exchange it for a new item. In this case, we will bear the return shipping costs.
Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience are only accepted within 7 days of receiving the item and for unused items. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We cannot accept returns sent cash on delivery.
Cases where Returns and Exchanges cannot be accepted
- Items that have been used even once
- Items that have been scratched or soiled due to the customer's responsibility
- Items for which 8 days or more have passed since their arrival
- Items returned to us by the delivery company due to prolonged absence, etc.
For items returned to us due to prolonged absence, etc., we cannot issue refunds.
About Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to product defects, damage, soiling, or receipt of a different item than ordered, we will bear the return shipping costs.
For returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and only the product price will be refunded.
