[About returns]
Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience are limited to unused products. In this case, we cannot accept returns with cash on delivery.
[About exchanges]
We do our utmost to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged, soiled, or different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will exchange it for a new one. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience will only be accepted within 7 days of arrival and only for unused products. In this case, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

- Products that have been used even once
- Products that have been damaged or stained due to customer reasons
- Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
- Items returned by the delivery company due to extended absence (non-refundable)

If the product is obviously defective, we will cover the shipping costs. If the defect is due to customer's convenience, only the product price will be refunded.
